More Maui Adventures

At the Sugar Cane Train

Under Banyan Tree in Lahaina

Visiting Maui's Tropical Plantation
There were a few things we did more then once. We visited the Maui
Tropical Plantation, The Maui Aquarium and took the Sugar Cane Train to Lahaina. We also visited an old village called Old Lahaina. We went shopping at Hilo Hattie's and also visited Lahaina several times.

MAUI ADVENTURES

Maui was everything and more then we had  hoped for. Having visited Maui three times we found something new and interesting each and every time.
We made a list before out first trip and we managed to tick off all the things we wanted to do by the end of our third trip. Some things we enjoyed so much we did them more then once. Others were what we considered to be once in a life time experience.
If I had to choose the most interesting and enjoyable activities it would be a toss up between a snorkel cruise we took and a helicopter flight. They were both so awesome and had appeal for different reasons. We had never done anything like this before so as I said it was likely once in a lifetime experience.
The Teranli in this picture is the snorkel boat we went out on and they were wonderful. We spent two to three hours in the water and they watched us the whole time.
Here we are after our time in the water and after lunch on our way back to port.
This is the helicopter we went on. First time for both of us and it was so great, we sat right beside the pilot with a birdseye view. We bought a DVD of our tour and it is so wonderful to have and bring back those wonderful memories.

Counting Down

Off our balcony

We only have six weeks before we depart for our Maui Adventure. The time is going very quickly now. I have to get busy and start planning some activities.

We will be staying at the Outrigger Royal Kahana just north of Lahaina. We stayed here last year, on our first visit to Maui.

We really liked the hotel and the location. I certainly hope we get as nice a room this time.
